Service capabilities
AdaptixAI provides software tools for configuring AI projects, characters, knowledge, voices, media, Telegram scenarios and website widgets. Features and availability may change as the product develops.
Plans and payment
The current price, term and limits are shown on the pricing page and before checkout. Payment provides access for the term shown for the selected plan without automatic renewal; the trial plan is issued once.
Limits and add-ons
Usage is counted for completed operations or result duration. Unused plan quota does not roll over; add-ons remain valid for the period shown before purchase.
USE RULES
Responsibility for accounts, materials and results
Account and lawful use
Users protect their Telegram accounts, follow the law and do not use the service for deception, spam, rights violations, bypassing restrictions, malware or prohibited content.
Rights to materials
By uploading text, images, voice references, video or other material, users confirm the necessary rights and consents of people whose appearance, voice or data is involved, and permit technical processing required by selected features.
Review of results
AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete output. Users must review important material before publication and must not treat the service as the sole basis for high-risk medical, legal, financial or similar decisions.
Analytics on user websites
By enabling project analytics, users confirm their authority to deploy measurement tools on the relevant website and remain responsible for required notices, policies, consents and compliance with applicable law.
Campaigns and notifications
Users define each audience and campaign type, confirm a lawful basis for contact, follow Telegram and other channel rules, provide any required opt-out, and remain responsible for content, frequency and consequences. Bot interaction, form submission or acceptance of this agreement alone does not constitute an end recipient’s consent to advertising.

Core terms
Who owns user material?
User rights do not transfer to the operator. The operator receives only the permission required to store, transform and transmit material to technical providers used by the service.
Is uninterrupted availability guaranteed?
No. Updates, maintenance and third-party failures may occur. The operator takes reasonable recovery measures but does not promise error-free uninterrupted access.
How can use be terminated?
Users can stop using the service and request account deletion through support. The operator may restrict access for violations of this agreement, law or other users’ security.
How do I cancel paid access?
There are no automatic charges. Contact the operator for a refund or recalculation. Mandatory consumer rights applicable to digital products and continuous access are not limited by these terms.
