Adult partners introduce prospective customers through a personal referral link. They cannot represent the organiser, conclude or alter contracts, collect customer money or promise terms on the organiser’s behalf. Public advertising requires prior agreement on content and applicable labelling and reporting duties. No spam, fake transactions or misleading claims.
Rewards apply to successful real plan purchases and renewals by attributed users, based on the actual amount paid after discounts. Fractions of a kopeck are rounded down. Packs, free access, administrative grants, test payments and self-referrals are excluded. Old payments are not retrospectively recalculated. Each accrual records its rate; current rates and the request minimum are shown in the bot.
Future sales, customers, accrual amounts and rates for future payments are not guaranteed. There is no automatic transfer, instant unit exchange or unit trading. A payout fulfils the monetary reward obligation once the published conditions are met; it is not currency exchange. Valid confirmed rewards cannot be arbitrarily erased because they are displayed in ADTX COIN. Rejection or suspension requires a specific reason such as a customer refund, invalid transaction, missing necessary details, rule violation or legal requirement; the recipient may dispute it.
1 ADTX COIN represents 1 RUB of recorded reward. Units cannot be topped up, transferred or spent on plans. Available, reserved and paid amounts are separate. A customer refund reverses the related reward, may cancel pending requests and may create a balance offset against future accruals. Personal plan discounts are a separate programme option; the current status is shown in the bot. No sales or earnings are guaranteed.
Open Invite a friend → Partner balance and payouts in a private bot chat. Confirming your request explicitly accepts the linked Russian rules; the version, time and account are recorded. An administrator-created request does not record acceptance on your behalf.
Agree recipient identity, tax status and payment details with @cripson23 before transfer. Russian NPD recipients provide their name and tax ID for a status check on the payment date and issue a receipt after receiving funds within the statutory time limit. Individual entrepreneurs provide documents for their regime. Other individuals require a separately agreed lawful tax and reporting arrangement. Statutory obligations remain with the party required by law.
Within 10 working days after receiving the complete necessary details and documents, the organiser reviews the request and sends a bank transfer if eligibility is confirmed. Specific obstacles and required actions are communicated within the same period. Manual review is not a right to arbitrarily withhold rewards; bank settlement time may vary. Pending requests reserve funds and can be cancelled before transfer agreement. Paid is a manual record after an actual bank transfer; the bot does not send money. Do not put passports, full card details, CVV, passwords or SMS codes into request comments.
The programme sets no working hours, salary or exclusivity and grants no agency authority. Actual activities and mandatory Russian legal requirements determine the appropriate arrangement.
